About Helio Living
At Helio Living, we believe the way we live, the spaces we create, and the intentions we hold are all connected.
What began as a shared love of intentional living, crystals, natural elements, and meaningful connection has evolved into a business rooted in helping people create spaces and experiences that feel supportive, personal, and aligned with the life they want to live.
For more than eight years through our former brand, Amour + Light, we connected with people during many of life's most significant moments. We celebrated new beginnings, welcomed families into new homes, honored loss, and supported people through seasons of change.
Those experiences reinforced something we had long believed: when we feel grounded, connected, and aligned with what matters most, that energy naturally extends into our homes, our relationships, and the way we move through the world.
Our passion for this work is deeply personal.
Lisa spent decades as a registered nurse and case manager, helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most challenging circumstances. Her own experience of unexpectedly losing her husband strengthened her understanding of the important role a supportive environment can play during times of change, healing, and renewal.
A passion for wellness, yoga, and supporting others has guided much of Suzie's life. Through her volunteer work with hospice, she spent years visiting patients and supporting caregivers, offering companionship, presence, and comfort during difficult times.
Together, we share a common passion for helping people cultivate greater balance, connection, and well-being. Both of us have backgrounds in yoga and wellness, and together we completed certification in Five Elements Yoga at Kripalu.
Our commitment to community extends beyond the spaces we create. We love bringing people together through experiences centered around connection, personal growth, and intentional living. From movement and meditation to breathwork, sound healing, and Feng Shui, these gatherings help foster meaningful connections and a sense of community.
Giving back has always been an important part of our journey. We have proudly supported Savvy Giving since its founding more than eight years ago. This national nonprofit brings comfort and healing to families with a child facing a medical crisis by transforming their homes into spaces of support, hope, and restoration. Their impact continues to inspire us.
At the center of our work is a belief in the power of intentional living. We view crystals and natural elements as tools that can help support that journey. Whether chosen for a home, given as a gift, or selected for a personal milestone, they can serve as meaningful reminders of what matters most.
Today, Helio Living continues to evolve through in-home services, Welcome Home Alignment experiences, crystal sourcing for interior designers, meaningful gifting, and private studio visits.
