1. Shipping + Delivery
Each Helio Edit order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged by us in Tampa, Florida.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
To help protect your purchase, select jewelry orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed.
If your package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us promptly at hello@theheliocollective.com so we can assist you.

2. Returns + Exchanges
We hope you love your Helio Edit piece. Our collection is intentionally small, with many pieces available in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind finds.
If your purchase isn't quite right, please contact us at hello@theheliocollective.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Helio Living is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Helio Edit
The Helio Edit is a thoughtfully curated collection of jewelry and meaningful finds. Many of our pieces are available in limited quantities, and some are one-of-a-kind or vintage.

Because some pieces feature natural stones, diamonds, vintage elements or handcrafted details, variations and individual characteristics may be present and are part of the nature of the piece.

Pricing + Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed. Because many Helio Edit pieces are available in very limited quantities, an item may become unavailable.
If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and issue a refund to the original form of payment.
